7天不滿意安心退貨服務說明

凡於 MINASA官網購物,您可享7天鑑賞期(非使用期,在您收到商品當日為起算第一天)。均碼穿戴甲7天無理由退換,收到美甲後請先比對尺寸,如無法配戴請勿上膠上手,並與我們聯繫退貨事宜。每筆訂單可享免費一次退/換貨服務(未達$1000免運門檻,運費恕不退回),退貨運費由我司負擔若超過鑑賞期後申請之退/換貨一律不受理。有關退換貨相關問題,可於客服時間:週二~週六 10:00-17:00線上諮詢或來信詢問。

無法辦理退貨之情況

  • 超過7天鑑賞期。
  • 商品數量不完整、商品污損毀壞、商品相關配件污損毀壞、人為造成之瑕疵。
  • 退回時商品配件不全(需保持商品全新包裝,含包裝袋、工具包、贈品等)。
  • 分碼尺寸為客製化給付之商品,如非質量問題不適用7日解除權之規定。

 

每張訂單僅提供一次免費退貨服務,若於7日內需加退商品,請自行負擔寄送運費。同筆訂單如有瑕疵或寄錯商品,請一次向售後服務信箱反應,二次反應恕不受理。

 

若該筆退貨訂單扣除退貨商品金額後,訂單餘額未達當次活動滿額禮之資格,請連同活動贈品一併寄回,若未寄回贈品或分開寄回,該退貨訂單恕不受理。

 

 

退貨流程

請於鑑賞期內提出退貨申請,並填寫退貨原因,我們將於收到申請1-3個工作天內,提供地址請您退回,收到貨品後檢查完成,會將訂單全額加上退貨運費一併退回予買家。

(只要在鑑賞期內提出需求,不會因客服無法即時回覆,而影響您的退貨權益)

 

▎退款說明

  • 信用卡付款者:確認退貨成功後,款項將直接刷退至原付款的信用卡帳號中。
  • 貨到付款者:確認退貨成功後,退款費用將轉帳至您提供的銀行帳戶中。

MINASA Refund Policy

 

▎7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Service

For purchases made on the MINASA official website, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (not a trial period), starting from the day you receive the product. One-size-fits-all press-on nails are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days without any reason. Upon receiving the nails, please compare the sizes. If they do not fit, do not apply glue or wear them, and contact us for return procedures. Each order is eligible for one free return/exchange service (shipping fees will not be refunded if the order does not meet the $1000 free shipping threshold). The return shipping costs will be covered by us. Any return/exchange requests made after the appreciation period will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns or exchanges, you can consult us online during customer service hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or send an email inquiry.

▎Situations Where Returns Cannot Be Processed

- The appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
- Incomplete product quantities, damaged or stained products, damaged accessories, or defects caused by human error.
- Missing accessories when returning the product (the product must be in its original packaging, including the packaging bag, tool kit, gifts, etc.).
- Custom-sized products are not eligible for the 7-day return policy unless there are quality issues.

Each order is entitled to only one free return service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If there are defective or incorrectly shipped items in the same order, please report them all at once to the after-sales service email. Multiple reports will not be accepted.

If, after deducting the refunded product amount, the remaining balance of the order does not meet the qualification for any promotional gifts, please return the promotional gifts along with the order. If the gifts are not returned or are returned separately, the return request will not be processed.

 

▎Return Process

Please submit a return request within the appreciation period and provide a reason for the return. We will provide the return address within 1-3 business days of receiving the request. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount of the order along with the return shipping cost to the buyer. (As long as the request is submitted within the appreciation period, your right to return will not be affected by delays in customer service response.)

 

▎Refund Instructions

  • **Credit Card Payment**: Once the return is confirmed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
    - **Cash on Delivery Payment**: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
